Little Einsteins is a play-led preschool in Maru-A-Pula which offers children aged 2 to 5 years old a highly specialised early childhood education programme.
Our Classes
Our student numbers are limited within each class so that we can create individual education plans for each child and guarantee personalised attention. We offer three classes:
Very Hungry Caterpillars – This class is an introduction to pre-school for children 2-3 years of age. We accept a maximum of 10 children and run a 3 or 5 day school weeks.
Busy Caterpillars – This is for children 3-4 years of age and is led by one teacher and one teaching assistant. Class maximum is 12. Children have a dedicated space with a reading corner, fantasy area, learning centre and sensory play stations.
Butterflies – Butterflies (maximum 14 children) are 4-5 years old and also have one teacher and one teaching assistant. They have a classroom in the main centre with access to the REWA reading room and share the creative spaces with the Caterpillars during group activities.
Our School
At Little Einsteins we focus on play, not profit. As Botswana’s only not-for-profit social business, we create sustainable cycles of early childhood education by partnering with Learn to Play. This means that by sending yout child to Little Einsteins, you are making sure your child with play, learn and thrive at our globally recognized and award-winning schools. Whilst also ensuring that children across Botswana have free access to early learning through the Learn to Play playgroups.
The Little Einsteins curriculum and learning spaces have been created in collaboration with experts in occupational therapy, speech therapy and early childhood to produce a holistic programme, based on key milestones in the foundation years. We believe in the power of play and positive behaviour management, using Virtues and Active Listening to encourage and guide children’s behaviour.
We offer a number of activities within the school fees and school day. These include: Monkeynastix, Music with Cedric, Zumba, Swimming, and Cookery.

Little Einsteins is a pre-school brought to you by REWA & Learn to Play, an organisation that is committed to developing education that transforms lives and communities in Botswana. We provide a variety of professional educational services for young people, parents, schools and the wider community. Our vision is a world where quality early childhood development isn’t a luxury.

What are your school hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 12:30pm. You may drop off from 7:30am for an 8am start of classes, and pickup anytime between 12pm and 12:30pm. Extracurricular activities that run until 12:30 or 12:45 take place on certain days of the week.
What are your school fees?
Hungry Caterpillars (3 days per week) are P8900 per term. 5 days a week in either
Caterpillar Class or Butterflies (5 days per week) are P13550 per term. These fees are
inclusive of Monkeynastix, Music, Zumba, Swimming, and Cookery.
