Jessica is a fully qualified Instructor in Gaborone. She has been teaching for the past 15 years and teaches on both Mat and Equipment.
Jessica was first introduced to Pilates as she had a reoccurring back problem that wouldn’t go away. Through training she became pain-free and this inspired a life long love of the exercise form. Furthermore, she brings vibrancy, warmth and her unique sense of humour to every class.
She teaches 1 on 1 sessions at Physio Fanatics Phakalane. Here she uses the reformer, chair and other smaller apparatus.
She also teaches at peoples homes and offices in and around Gaborone and will bring smaller equipment with her.
