How do I order online?
Download our app from apple store or google play Log into your user account. NOTE: Your account will need to already be active to place an order online. If you still need to create an account, click on Login or Sign up to sign up . Then once account has been created, please follow these steps to place your order. 1. Enter your address to locate your nearest store 2. Select a store you want to order from. 3. Select a menu item of your choice by clicking on the item name. 4. Customize your order by removing or adding toppings to the item you have selected. 5. Once you are happy with the menu item you have selected, select Add To Order to add the item to the order basket 6. Order Button will appear , click to proceed with your order. 7. Complete the ordering process by clicking the Place Order button.
How do I know if my online order was received and confirmed by the store?
After placing your order online, you will receive 3 separate notifications to confirm your order status: 1. On the Order State page, you will see if your order has been Accepted, Rejected or has Failed. 2. An SMS will be sent to your mobile number to show the status of your order. 3. An email will be sent to the email address you have provided to show the status of your order. If you have received an order confirmation by either/ all of the above-mentioned notifications, you order has been successfully received and confirmed by the store where you placed it
