Mediation Mechanics is committed to helping families succeed through conflict resolution. Mediation, or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), is a way of solving problems, arguments or disputes. Our team’s committed to providing the highest level of professional and experienced services.

The main purpose of Mediation Mechanics is to promote resolution, collaboration and reconciliation. Mediation Mechanics provides cost-effective alternatives to on-going family or divorce mediation. A parenting plan from Mediation Mechanics might be your solution!. Though we’re based in Gaborone we can offer services to people all across Botswana.

Family mediation is about helping families in conflict find a workable solution. If there’s a big change, conflict can arise: parents separate, blended families form, an ageing parent needs more care, a teenager is acting out, addiction is present or a parent isn’t available to care for a child…

These are all stressful and emotional times that need support. Our mediators help people work through difficult emotions. We ask the right questions (and know when to ask them), and decide on how to move forward.

Our experts that specialise in family and divorce mediation services. We also work through construction and business disputes.

No matter what’s going on we aim to ease the stress and make it easier for your problems to be resolved.

A powerful, neutral voice

5/ 5

Mediation is such a powerful way to resolve issues. Before I found Medication Mechanics, I thought the only way i could have my say was through a lawyer. I’ve now learned that having a guide is enough. It’s helped me to have a neutral voice added into my issues.
